Google — email and business tools (Google Workspace), form-response storage (Google Sheets), and site analytics (Google Analytics 4, only with your consent).

We are based in Japan, and your data is primarily processed in Japan. Our service providers (such as Google) may store data on servers in other countries. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

We keep inquiry and business-communication records for up to three years after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep records related to our engagement for as long as needed to perform the contract and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months.
